Refund Policy

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full deposit refund. However, deposits are non‑refundable if the booking is canceled after 24 hours.

If you need to change your plans, appointments can be rescheduled based on availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new event date and ensure you still receive the best experience possible.
